They are caloric! So I have to consider them as… food. The trick? Only eat them when I am hungry and thirsty at the same time. But if

No forbidden food , either. But nothing stops me from eating what is good for losing weight naturally: I opt for brown rice instead of white and whole grain pasta which help me regulate my intestinal transit, protect me from cardiovascular diseases and help me lose weight naturally.

I don't deny sugar either , white or brown, which is much better than candy. But as I quickly noticed, when I tasted it, my consumption remained low and I lost weight naturally without frustration.

It's good for my heart and my figure . Because climbing stairs is a real fat-hunting “sport”! I vary the pleasures: I climb the steps as quickly as possible or on tiptoe, or even two at a time, then… on one foot!
